Woot Woot, the week is nearly over.

At post time I will be 6 or so short hours from two days of no work. That is cause to celebrate. How do I celebrate Friday, why answering five random questions provided by the oh-so cute and talented Mama M.? Don't believe me about the cuteness or the talent, well click right here. She put herself in a fancy pants vlog (video blog) and SANG. So brave, Mama M. I bow to your greatness and your hot hair.

My Little Life

To the questions tangent girl--

Did you pass your driver's test on the first try?

Sure did, but was nervous as all get out. I grew up in the country where there was no need for parallel parking and really no place to practice. I was sure that I would hit the curb and poles representing the cars OR be too far away from the curb. Neither ended up being the case and I whipped slowly and painstakingly pulled up reversed my little car right into the spot.

What is your most embarrassing moment?
Most embarassing evah??
I'm gonna go with the toot heard round the dining room. (Originally posted here.)

What TV show would you like to be on- Oprah, Biggest Loser, or What Not to Wear?
As hard as it is to admit, I'll say the Biggest Loser. I would miss my family like crazy and oh how I would whine, but what a priviledge to be so focused on one goal, the results, and getting to the bottom of the emotions that caused the weight gain. Of course winning the whole thing and the money would be a nice perk too.

Would you ever get plastic surgery and what kind?
This is also a question I have answered at some point. Even if I get on the Biggest Loser and win (which I so would), there are some things that just can't be rescued. Like the overly stretched out skin of my abdomen. Remember with two in there I looked like this.
Yes, a tummy tuck.

What are your favorite jeans to wear?
Lane Bryant, because they cover my badonkadonk, there is no such thing as low rise with the aformentioned extra skin. Lanie (we are like that) knows how to make a curvy girl feel good in her jeans.

Soooo how about you? Did you answer and link up? You know you can answer here if you want, but be sure to pop over to Mama M.'s and show her some love.

I just posted today so I'll just answer here:

1) Yes- but barely. I couldn't parallel park and I forgot to put the car in park before I turned it off at the end. He already told me I'd passed, I think I might have failed had he not already scored me at that point.

2) Any number of things- maybe the time I had to explain why I wasn't eating anymore shrimp at my MIL's. I could have kept my mouth shut and said I was full but instead I told her I wasn't eating it because it wasn't deveined...yep, gracious DIL here! I still get questions and comments about shrimp years later.

3) What Not to Wear- because I dress pretty casually most days and I could really use a new wardrobe.

4) Tummy tuck- hands down. After a lovely twin pregnancy with polyhydramnios I have been stretched beyond all recognition and I have a lovely pouch right above my c-section scar that I'd be happy to be rid of. I don't think any number of crunches is going to help.

5) Gap Long and Lean jeans in short length. I find it amusing that I need LONG and LEAN since I'm neither long OR lean, but they fit the best and the short length doesn't look like high-waters after two washes like the other cuts do. They also go up a bit higher on the waist, and they come in maternity too!

I passed mine too, first time around. It was even a standard transmission. I was so nervous about parallel parking.

I love the long and lean jeans from Gap. Not that I am long and lean, they just fit my butt the best. And let me tell you, this baby has always had some "back."

I am waiting on the tummy tuck myself. I actually went for a consultation and the doctor, who has a really good reputation, shot me down. He told me that he'd rather me lose 20 pounds first. That was two years ago! lol

Twins do do :) a number on a person's body. That's for sure!! I looked like I was about to pop for months. I can remember being asked if I was almost due when I still had four months left. It wasn't pretty.
I failed my first driver's test. So embarrassing. I still think the lady was having a bad day. I didn't do much wrong!

ROFL I followed the link to your "Toot" post - sooooo funny!! :)

I was going to use a "Toot" story in my 5QF, but chose another embarrassing tale instead. My "Toot" story involved me tooting at the gym whilst doing my warm-up stretches. I was standing in front of a couple of people at the time, but I just carried on doing my exercises as if nothing had happened. I tried to avoid the people for the rest of my gym visit, which I cut short. I couldn't wait to get out of the place after that! Soooo embarrassing!
