Weekend Recap

I'm recapping my weekend, but only because I actually did something other than chores and a trip to Costco. After running around like a crazy woman packing up the kids and heading to Kohl's to find clothes to wear to the wedding Jon and I hoped in the car and headed to Baltimore's Tide Point for a beautiful wedding.

Being the great photographer that I am, none of my pictures include people. (NICE!!)

The view during the ceremony.

My cousin Bev married Ric, the man of her dreams, on the pier facing the water. Rather than a unity candle they mixed sands from different beaches where they spent their younger wilder days. As the ceremony closed and they kissed a ferry sailed by and blew it's horn. It was P-E-R-F-E-C-T.

Then the party started..

They danced to I'm a Believer by the Monkees, there were smiles all around. Then a little later all the Ravens cheerleaders that were in attendance preformed to "You Shook Me All Night Long" by AC/DC. Unfortunately there is nophotographic proof from me, I'm sure it exists. The drinks were flowing. A couple of shots of tequila made it into my gullet. It was Patron, the good stuff, the oh so delightful, made me consider opening the bottle that has been in the back of my fridge, man I like Patron.
Jon and I didn't dance much because we were sweating already and it was all outside, but it was a wonderful time with wonderful views.

Oh! and I forgot to mention on of the guests at the wedding David Modell, yes minority owner of the MY Ravens. He was wearing his Super Bowl ring. I wanted to ask to wear it, kiss it, just hold it close to my heart, instead I just didn't speak to him at all. So that is probably how I would handle all celebrities.

Great use of gullet. And it sounds like your gullet really enjoyed your drink. Congrats to your cousin and her husband. How cool is that you got to meet your team owner. I like Ray Lewis so I root for Baltimore when they aren't playing my team (Go Eagles!!!)

Ah Tequila! If I were to pick a drink, that would probably be my choice. Nice use of the word gullet!
I would have to have something really good to say to a celebrity, otherwise I wouldn't say anything at all either. I would probably just say something embarrassing if I tried. :)
