Just Thursday

Hi! my name is Heidi. I have been M.I.A. from this blog for almost two weeks. I haven't been writing, commenting or reading blogs.  (Well I have been reading a particular blog, but it's hard to look away from a train wreck) I've just been re-evaluating what I share and who I'm sharing with; hopefully I will share more about that soon. Today though, well today is Just Thursday with Abby aka Murdock's Mama.

Outside my window…cars and it's hot as blue blazes and humid to boot.

The time is…8:30am.

Today I feel…melancholy

I am thinking…I need some change, not the jingle jingle kind

At the moment, I am thankful…that my husband is driving.

I am going…to see Tim McGraw and Lady Antebellum in concert on Saturday.

I am wearing…a white blouse, navy Dockers and navy polka dot ballet flats. (It's ALL about the shoes.)

I wish…my back didn't hurt and I could get a good night's sleep

I am reading…nothing. ugh, lame

I am working on…getting my motivation for change back.

I am hoping…we will be able to pay the electric bill next month. Our poor air conditioner has been running 24 hours a day for 4 days straight.

I am hearing…news radio.

I bet you didn't know…the smell of lemons grinding in the garbage disposal reminds me of starbursts.

One of my favorite…mottos is "Fake it till you make it." It applies to many aspects of my life.
