So last week I declared with a vengeance that I was back. I have shaken off the blogging funk that I was in and I was BACK BABY…and then I went missing for another week. Last weekend we had a birthday party for the two most precious 2-year olds I know. Then I was knocked on my tookus with strep throat. It was all I could do the past two days to get to work and make it to bed-time.
Now look it's Friday again. Time for one of my very favorite blog hops, 5 Question Friday with Mama M.
1. What Christmas song do you loathe?
Christmas song?? Thanksgiving hasn't even happened yet, Christmas is in December…
What song…What song…
Why did Wham ever record a Christmas song?
Last Christmas I Gave You My Heart, hands down least favorite song.
2. Do you and your significant other cuddle at night or sleep on opposite sides of the bed?
Opposites sides of the bed under separate blankets, yes you read that right we don't even share covers. Thank goodness for king sized beds.
3. Have you ever had surgery?
Yep. 5 (c-sections count, right?)
Tonsils out, Ovary removed, Cyst removed from other ovary, kid removed and cyst discovered and removed, 2 more kids removed.
4. When do you typically have your holiday shopping done?
I usually start and finish in one day, sometime in December. I do a lot of shopping on-line because I really dislike shopping and I don't want to be tempted to buy more that what is budgeted.
5. If money were not an issue (and you HAD to pick something), what would your ultimate luxury item be?
Hmmmmm just one thing….
A fancy pants camera would be really nice but if it's only one thing I wouldn't be able to take classes to learn how to use it.
Pampering at the spa, like a lifetime supply of cut, color, massage, mani/pedis ohh lala…but then that is kind of selfish.
I'm gonna go with my dream house. A bedroom for everyone, on a lake, with a pool and an in-law suite (wink wink Mom and Dad)
That's all I got. Be sure to stop by Mama M's little spot of the World Wide Web. I'm laying low this weekend trying to recover and be healthy for Turkey Day with the fam.
