Arizona Mamma created this little hippity hop and I participate.
It's easy peasy lemon squeezey.
So in Jeff Foxworthy fashion I present:
"You might be a Mama."
If you have perfectly good furniture that you never sit on and have all the cushions pulled down to ensure that your small children don't run, jump or stand on. You might be a Mama.
If you scoop together corn kernels with graham crackers crumbs from the high chair tray and continue to feed your children. You might be a Mama.
If you have turned on the Disney Channel for "just a minute" to collect your
If leaving the house means you are the last one to put your shoes and jacket on while everyone else stands at the back store and screams (not the hubs). You might be a Mama.
Now it's your turn---- If ____________________. You might be a Mama.
Oh! and please be sure to check out Arizona Mamma's site for the other link ups.
Toodles!

Ok I'll start because I thought of one that I want to add to my post.
If you own a genie or two, but they don't grant wishes. You might be a Mama.
{giggle}
So funny...I especially relate to the one where everyone stands at the back door screaming while you get your coat on. Some days I end up yelling, "Would you just chill for one second?! ONE second!"
I'm laughing at the "(not the hubs)"....yeah right...in this house it's the hubs too!
I can definitely relate to the furniture one! We kept our living room blocked off for the longest time by pushing one of the couches in between the other couch & loveseat so that my toddler couldn't get in there. Now, he's figured out how to climb over the arms of the couches, so there's no keeping him out. I'm thinking of getting him a helmet... :)
If you set your child in his/her highchair and there is still food left over from the meal before..he plops it in his mouth and you don't try and fish it out!
You always come up with the best ones! Our cushions are just as you described!
If you know all the words to the Dora backpack song, you might be a momma (I picked that one cuz Dora is on again for the 140th time this morning right now!)
lol! I'm new here...nice blog!!
The second one made me gag! {blech}
I have a bit of a gag reflex. :)
LOL! So funny! We don't have fancy furniture yet. That way the kids won't have anything to destroy. We figure we'll give them a few years and then buy a few nicer things.
Oh and the crumbs, I have so been there. I'm telling you, multiples create situations you never thought you would be in. Sometimes a handy crumb saves you in a pinch.
I know what you mean about being the last one to be ready! It's a job, by the time they're ready, I need a nap!
