If you celebrate things like being bottle free. (It finally happened, WOO-HOOOO!!! 2 Days and never looking back)
You curse ABC when Wipe-Out is 2 hours. Knowing that a holy temper tantrum will ensue when your, near, 4 year old is told its bed-time and he hasn't seen the wipe-out zone.
You will negotiate watching the second hour on the computer, that your husband has hooked up to the TV, after baths on Wednesday to stave off at least a tear or two and possibly a wail. You threaten privileges when your negotiations go unanswered.
You've proclaimed that your children sweat like thier Mama

ReplyDeleteI think it's crazy that we have to enter negotiations at all with our children. Why can't we just say what we say, and have them go "okay mommy." Simple, right?
